- The Official Calendar may be different than the calendar featured on this page due to recent additions and cancellations.
- A show must be on the Official Calendar at least 2 months before the show for the points earned to count towards year end standings.
- Shows may be scheduled by any AHJA barn member provided they meet the qualifications outlined in the official rules and guidelines.
- Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests, however, if two members request the same date, the date will be given to the first application received.
- If a show date will significantly impact attendance at the shows, applicants may be asked to schedule an alternative date.
- Submitting a show date request does not guarantee approval. You must receive approval in writing before a date is added to the official calendar.
